Terms of use
The rules for using Bibs On. Last updated 25 August 2026.
The service
Bibs On helps you plan grassroots football training sessions. Plans are generated for your inputs and checked against age guidance in code. You remain responsible for how you deliver the session.
Your account
You may try one session without an account. Further sessions need an email and password. Keep that email under your control. Do not use the product to store children's personal details.
Acceptable use
- Use the product for planning grassroots coaching sessions.
- Do not abuse generation limits, scrape the service, or attempt to break security.
- Do not claim FA or UEFA affiliation based on using this product.
Plans and content
Session text and diagrams are produced for you to run training. They are not a substitute for qualifications, club safeguarding policy, or on-the-night judgement. We do not claim every plan is reviewed by a qualified coach before you see it.
Paid plans
Free and Pro limits are described on the upgrade screen. Prices may change with notice. In the iOS and Android apps, Pro is sold through the App Store or Google Play. On the website, consumer checkout is handled by RevenueCat. Clubs, academies and county FAs are invoiced separately.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or faults. Saved plans are best-effort; keep a copy if you need one offline for a critical session.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bibs On is provided as-is. We are not liable for coaching decisions, injuries, or safeguarding failures at your session. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
