Who we are

Bibs On (bibson.app) is a session planner for grassroots football coaches. Contact: hello@bibson.app

What we collect

• Your email address when you create an account.
• Session plans you create: age group, numbers, equipment notes, coaching words and diagrams.
• Optional private reflections you write after a session.
• A device cookie so one anonymous preview session can stay on this phone before you sign in.
• Basic product analytics (pages and events) and error logs, to keep the service working.

What we do not collect

• Child names, photos, dates of birth, or player rosters.
• Location tracking or contact lists from your phone.
• Payment card details on our servers. Consumer checkout is handled by Apple, Google or RevenueCat; club invoices are raised in Stripe. Card data never hits our servers.

Why we use it

To build and save your plans, sign you in, send password-reset and optional session reminders, improve reliability, and (if you choose Pro) manage your subscription through RevenueCat and the App Store or Google Play. We may also send product tip emails about planning and running sessions. You can turn tip emails off from any tip email. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Account and saved plans stay while you use the product. Signed-in coaches can delete their account and associated plans from Account in the app. You can also email us. Anonymous preview plans on a device cookie are replaced when you sign in or clear site data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion. Email us at the address above. You can also complain to the ICO if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
